Cancellation Policy
We get it, sometimes life happens. For reasons outside of your control, there might be a time that you aren’t able to make it to your reservation with us. Reservation cancellations must be submitted via email to hayleyllewis1@gmail.com At AOP, we strive to maintain a high-quality experience each time you work with us and our cancellation policy contributes to that. Please be advised that cancellations made up to twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled appointment via email will be processed without a penalty. A full refund or class credit is available in this instance. Cancellations made twenty-four (24) hours or less before an appointment are subject to no refunds. If we at Art Of Performance cancel your appointment within less than twenty-four (24) hours, a new appointment will be scheduled for you without penalty to you, the client, subject to availability.
