About Art Of Performance

What can you expect?

Whether dance is a hobby or a career for our clients, we offer much more than just choreography class. Each artist, each dancer has their own unique contribution their work as a whole. By providing focused and quality training that is tailored to you, we dive into your specific needs – body, mind, and soul. We provide you with the tools you need to bring out the most authentic artistic expression that lies deep within you. These tools will be used both in your being as a dancer and throughout your life. Our goal is to improve the way you train, help you grow and prepare you to thrive in your journey.

This is where the concept for Art of Performance was born.
 

We offer private lessons, open classes, programs, mentorships, and everything in between. Art of Performance works with dedicated and passionate souls of all levels from age 16+ who are ready to take the next step in their dance journey, by learning how to continuously reach their full potential and grow as a performer, artist, and human.

Dance

Express yourself through a variety of dance styles and skills for all levels. Release emotion, energy and feel enjoyment in the movement itself.

Stretching

Stretching is the best way to relieve sore muscles and increase your flexibility. It helps dancers find correct alignment and posture and pushes the body to limitless shapes. 

Fitness

Fitness is a huge part of a dancer's training. To be able to execute moves with dynamic and power, you need to have strength and control of the body. Stamina is extremely important to perform high energy choreography without fatigue and prevent injury. 

Private Session

Our one on one class is great for individuals who want specialized choreography or specific training. We are able to tailor the class to meet your needs.

Meditation

A practice that focuses the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. Includes passive and active meditation to train attention and awareness. Achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm state.

Yoga

A set of specific poses combined with breathing techniques which focus on bringing harmony between mind and body. This class is designed to help with physical fitness, stress relief and relaxation. You may also experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realization.
